Low cost, volume manufacturing processes are used to produce these tubes. Strong and impervious, they are extruded in smaller sizes and cast in larger sizes then batch fired at high temperatures in specialty kilns to maintain dimensional integrity and consistent material properties. Properties

The aluminum oxide is noted for it’s superior refractoriness. Sialon is an outstanding thermal shock resistant material.
